Drink more water. So many people mistake hunger for thirst. Not only can drinking more water help you curb your hunger but it will make everything on your insides function more smoothly. I will tell you that once you start drinking, youíll get a better sense of how much you need. A good way to tell when youíre getting just the right amount of water is when your pee is a light yellow. If itís clear youíre drinking too much; dark yellow youíre drinking not enough.

According to your tracker I think you seem to be hitting around 1200cal/day with very low fat and low protein. I would suggest aiming for more healthy fats, 8 servings veggies/day, and 100g/protein/day minimum.

Sweetheart, where are you getting 1700 calories? According to the last week or two's trackers, you aren't getting over 1200. I went back as far as the 5th. You are eating very little protein and fat. Some days, you're getting even less than 1200, or you're not tracking completely. 1200 calories is not enough to support 400-500 calories in exercise.

I think you're hungry because you're not eating enough! Eating more lean protein will boost your calories, and help you stay full. You don't have to eat like a bird to lose weight!

My nutritionist once talked with me about which foods keep us full longest. Protein and fat are at the top of the list. Vegetables and fruit are lowest. This does not mean we should be eating tons of eggs and meat and no asparagus or apples! But it does mean that we need to combine adequate amounts of protein and some fat with the fruits, vegetables and whole grains we eat. I eat plenty of high protein foods, lots of vegetables, and modest amount of fats and high carb foods. I find that I am fuller when I eat protein and get hungry when I eat too many carbs. My doctor told me that this is because of the insulin response to carbs. I suggest you try some 2% dairy products and moderate amounts of healthy fats with the other healthy foods you eat. You will figure out what will work for you, it just takes some practice. Good luck!

I didn't look at your food logs, but the more protein your have, the fuller you'll feel...also, eating more 'high fiber/bulk' foods, the fuller you'll feel...don't forget the water, but the protein really does work....

So the last few days I have been exercising burning about 400-500 calories and eating about 1700 within my range but for some reason I am hungry constantly! I eat every couple hours (I've forgotten to track sone of it) but I can't feel full. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
