Hi,
Yes, there are so many reasons why. One thing is stress. Stress and appetite have an unusual connection. Each person responds to anxiety differently, but many people find that their anxieties cause them to develop appetite problems that affect not only the way they eat, but also the way they enjoy food. Try to free yourself from stress if you are.

It might be useful to know what you're eating. That can be a big factor in hunger. If you feel comfortable to share your Nutrition Tracker, we might be able to offer better ideas.

There could be a lot of reasons for this, and speculating about the possibilities on the internet isn't actually going to solve your problem and could create a whole set of new ones. The best person to turn to for advise as it pertains to you, is your Doctor.

Good luck, and I hope that you are back to normal quick pronto!

Hi Everyone,

These past couple of days, I have been feeling really full and hardly hungry at all. It seems that I have been eating just to eat because I heard its not good to go below 1200 calories. I usually have three meals with a snack or two and before each next meal, I usually get hungry. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why someone would not have an appetite. It seems kind of random for this to be happening.
