You will probably discover that on most days you can still use the 1200-1550 calorie range.

On days when you do the mountain bike and burn 1800 calories---then you may need to eat several hundred more.

not really sure.... took me like 35 or 40 minutes doing Stronglifts. and 20 minutes of HIIT. I think maybe no more than 200 calories the lifting days and something like that on HIIT days. Only Sundays when I do some mountain bike that I burn a lot ... maybe 1800 or 2500 calories.

When you return to your traditional workout, what is the length of time of the workout? Or do you know the calories you burn through your daily workout?

thanks for the reply! I hurt my hip flexor doing squats. So im taking this week off. Im having a huge plateau for more than 6 months. I tried everything, eat 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800 and nothing seems to work. So I am afraid to eat more than I should!!

so... I should eat my exercise calories back when I start again? (sorry about English... I speak Spanish) emoticon

Yes, you should stick with the 1200-1550 range, even though you can not currently exercise. You may feel it best to stick with the lower end of the range.
I am not sure of your injury. Do you need more calories, nutrient for healing, surgery healing, etc.

Yes, you should still eat within that range even with no exercise. Going below 1200 without medical supervision can be dangerous and lead to many problems! I would try eating at the lower-middle range since you are taking a week off, but don't worry if your eating at the top of your range. One week of slower weight loss or maintenance isn't going to ruin your progress. Even a slight gain isn't anything to stress over! It happens to everyone (:

Your weight is showing as 370 on your ticker, is that correct? Your actual weight will help us answer the question if it isn't, and if it is, 1200-1550 may be too little for you.
