Then the products I mentioned or ones similar would work for you during those times.

That is correct. I don't want a protein shake. I want an actual meal replacement shake that is comaprable to the meal I would be eating (Or you get the jist). I do keep "shelf-stable" products in the filing cabinet in my office. However I work a very go-go-go job, and often don't have time to sit at my desk and eat. When I do have time, that is exactly what I do. But on days that we have inspections, any kind of emergency, or meetings it isn't realistic to assume that I will be able to eat it at lunch. I need something that I can zoom into my office, make it and take it with me.

Thanks for the responses.

From what you share you are looking for a meal replacement shake; not a protein shake. You are wanting to replace the meal (protein, carbs and fat); not just boost protein intake.
Examples: HMR meal replacement shakes, Ensure, Boost Glucerna, Carnation Instant Breakfast, or similar store brand.

I use the Body Fortress Vanilla flavor for my protein shakes. However, I DO NOT use them as meal replacements. I use them as snacks. I need to chew my food. The below poster is right, there are tons of shelf stable and frozen/refrigerated things you can keep at your office and at home to grab on your way out the door.

It is what it is....

How about just keeping some yogurt in the fridge, or shelf-stable tuna salad packets in your desk with some high-fiber/low fat crackers? Solid food is usually more satisfying than meal replacement shakes, and if you go to the grocery store with open eyes and mind, you'll be amazed at how many shelf-stable healthy foods you can find. Just allow an extra half-hour the next few times you go to the supermarket, and look carefully for real food you can keep handy.

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have a good powder or premade meal replacement shake that they use regularly? I won't be using it everyday, but usually on days that I have meetings or if I forget to bring my lunch to work.

I am VERY picky about flavor. This is all new to me, and I am still working on the whole "Healthy won't always taste great".

I have been drinking the Bolthouse farms salted caramel lattes, and they are delicious! But I wouldn't necessarily drink one as a meal replacement.

Any advice or suggestions?
