does eating a 620 cal breakfast work for you? are you in your ranges at the end of the day and full during it? if so, then it works for you and keep doing it.
some people say to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. if that's how you like eating and it works for you, do it. and if it's working for you, then don't worry about anything else. if you need to make adjustments it's one place you can look, but a single meal, even one you eat regularly, doesn't tell the whole picture of how things add up at the end of the day, which is the only thing that really matters.
the only thing i see off about your breakfast is the lack of fruits and vegetables. now if you're using those as snacks because they are quick to grab, that's great. but if you aren't getting 3-5 servings of fruit and 3-5 servings of vegetables a day, try tossing in a fruit with breakfast or some broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, peppers, onion, mushroom, zucchini, yellow squash, or eggplant into your scrambled egg.
