I didn't even think of that - thanks!

It may not be perfect, but it can still help make sure I am getting the right balance.

Yeah.... ummm I agree, not true.

Anyways, yes I have noticed and although slightly annoying... you can still see your ratio of carbs/fat/protein if you click "Full Nutrition Report" and scroll down to the bottom of the page that pops up.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. If you don't want to get bulky, lift heavy!

I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.

That isn't true and not my concern. I recently had a workout, ate most of the calories with that workout and still had a deficit of over 800 calories for that day.

I am concerned about having to go over all the other ranges because they don't adjust with the calories.

It's up to you to pick foods that fit those extra calories, but if you eat them you will defeat weight loss.

When I work out, my calories adjust higher - as expected - BUT, I noticed that the other nutrients DO NOT adjust. Is this correct? It seems that if they don't adjust, then I can't eat the right, healthy foods to fuel my body after a workout.

Has anyone else noticed this?
