It's normal for your weight loss to slow the less you have to lose. Your body can easily lost 2+ pounds per week when you're over 200 lbs, as you draw closer to your goal weight, it gets harder, and slower. That doesn't mean you're not making progress! This is normal, and how the body works. :)
