It doesn't have to be straight water only. Other fluids count too. Alcohol and caffeine have the effect of dehydrating, and also I don't count any carbonated beverages. If you are eating a healthy diet, 20% of your diet will contain water. So, that's about 80 fluid ounces left for you to drink, which might be an easier goal for you to attain at first.
Work up to it gradually. If you are healthy (and as you get healthier), your body will use this water and it shouldn't increase your urge to eliminate.
Another thing to do is sip small amounts through the day. You don't have to chug a pint all at once. Get a reusable water bottle with a nice airtight seal so it doesn't spill everywhere as you are traveling, and sip a little throughout the day.
