I know both hot and cold foods are acceptable for a regular diet... But which is better?
Is there a difference in what makes you feel fuller longer? Cold foods like fruits and veggies are nutritional and fulfilling, but so are hot foods like grilled asparagus.. Maybe spicy hot foods like red hot peppers have more benefits than sweet peppers in a salad...
Chicken? If you include chicken in your diet, it's usually grilled right, but do you grill it and then chill it for salads later, or do you consume it hot, (right after grilling or baking it)?
Ideas? What do you think, hot or cold?
