You have been given some good advice.
It would also help if you made your SP nutrition tracker public. This will give us a better idea of what you are actually eating and if some changes will help.
Let me know if you need the steps to do this.

If you say you're eating 1300 tops, you probably aren't eating enough. And, I think I read it right, that you don't eat much during the day, so are you eating the bulk of your cals at dinner or later? That will have a definite affect on your metabolism and weight loss, so try using a tracker and meal planner to balance your meals out throughout the day

How long have you been doing this? If it has been one month or left, stick with it. It might take time to see results. The other thing I suggest is to watch your sugar count. When I decreased my sugar intake, I saw a huge improvement in cravings and satisfaction level. I usually only eat sugar if it comes in fruit or milk or vegetables now

I've heard Coach Nicole (on Spark Coach) talk about there being a BIG difference between "activity" and "exercise." I'm wondering if your housework is more like activity, so you might not really be getting much exercise in. When you do your housework, are you doing it fast and furious where your heart rate is pumping? If not, I would not be counting it as exercise.

As for exercise, can you find 10 minutes a day? SparkPeople has LOTS of free videos that require no equipment and are 10 minutes or less. They are now saying that exercising in 10-minute increments can be just as good as a full workout.

The reason I'm asking these specific questions is because I track all of my eating and exercise regularly. I burn about 2000 calories weekly in exercise. Yet my calorie range is 1250-1560.

So I'm thinking it might NOT be that you're not eating enough, but maybe you're not exercising enough???

Everybody is different and different things work for different people. Just throwing out a different idea, as you asked. Good luck to you!!!

You may not be eating enough. You should probably be getting at least 1500 or 1600 calories a day.

EXERCISE BECAUSE YOU LOVE YOUR BODY,
NOT BECAUSE YOU HATE IT.

Yeah that seems right. I'm eating about 1300 calories a day tops. I measure myself everyday and the scale shows 142. I don't know how much calories i burn but i would estimate around 150-200 a day? I'm eating pretty healthy too. I don't get it.

How many calories do you eat? Do you measure/weigh or just guess?
How many calories do you figure you burn in a day?
When I punch in your stats to a calorie needs calculator (taking into consideration you're active during the day even if you don't exercise), I'm getting a calorie range for weight loss of 1300-1750 cals, does that seem right to you?

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Ok, I've been here for the longest! I started out with 144 and i'm still at 142 emoticon . I'm 5'3. I want to be at least 120 lbs and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't eat much throughout the day i don't think that I am. I'm eating the right foods too and protein. But it just seems that i'm hungry all the time. I drink about 4 bottles of water too to fill me up but i still have cravings. Maybe I have a really fast metabolism?? I have to be honest i don't do my 20 - 30 minute pilates i'm just too tired to them. working full time and taking care of my family and house i just can't keep up with it. However, I am active all day at do lots of housework and when i come home too i don't sit at all at home until it's time to go to bed. Please give me some advice what i need to do please! Thanks.
