If you enter all your information into Spark correctly, they will give you a customized calorie range. Use the new tracker if you're not already because it takes into account your activity level outside of exercise.

If you're new to exercising it's normal to not see much drop on the scale for the first few months. Your muscles will retain more fluid (glycogen stores) than usual and this fluid gain may mask fat loss on the scale. Take body measurements in addition to using the scale.

Ok I weigh 285 23% bodyfat I exercise 4 times a week low reps high weight. Cardio everyday 30-45 min.. I need to know how to establish your caloric intake.. I have been on 2800 no luck, thinking about dropping down 2300-2500 which seems a little low.. I do construction during the day job so I'm moving alot..I eat fairly clean 1 gal water a day, but can't lose..ever since I had my gallbladder out in 2012 losing weight has been tough.. Any help would be great...
