If you enter all your information into Spark correctly, they will give you a customized calorie range. Use the new tracker if you're not already because it takes into account your activity level outside of exercise.
If you're new to exercising it's normal to not see much drop on the scale for the first few months. Your muscles will retain more fluid (glycogen stores) than usual and this fluid gain may mask fat loss on the scale. Take body measurements in addition to using the scale.
