True, the subject is a bit different, but as we age, we began to be more aware of things like this. LOL!
I was looking at what I ate yesterday, which would be typical of how I get plenty of fiber in my diet: apples, baby carrots, black beans, chili beans, mixed vegetables, Flatout Foldits, chunky peanut butter, etc.
I'm sometimes taken back a bit when others tell me about their being constipated, or "irregular," or "too loose" (sorry). I really think over a period of years that could take a toll on one's plumbing system.
