Trail mix is calorie-dense ,but that's the point. :) A small handful will hold you for a while!
I prefer to add the large, juicy multi-colored raisins to mine, and use dark chocolate M&Ms for my sweet boost. :) It's practically health food! YOu just have to be careful. It's perfectly healthy, but mindless snacking on it can result in major overeating fast. Pre-measure your portions and don't just dip in the bowl!
