Yum! I love using fruit as the base and THEN adding cereal or granola instead of making that the main focus. Those both sound delicious though!

Those both sound yummy. Too bad I am allergic to oats! Maybe I'll suggest them to my husband.

Sounds GREAT!!! I'll give it a try.

Here's one for you:

One apple (your favorite variety), cut up in chunks, put in bowl
Top with:
1-rolled oats (or you can use granola)
2-cinnamon
3-small handful (about 1/2-ounce) nuts, (pecans, walnuts are good)

Heat in microwave for one minute. Top with non-fat plain yogurt.

I just made the yummiest breakfast, and it took all of 3 minutes!

1. Put a dash of water in a bowl. Add a few dried fruits (I used 4 dried apricots, and 1 Tbsp dried cranberries - prunes would be great). Add 1/2 diced pear. Microwave for a minute.
2. To the warm and softened dried fruit and pear, add some rolled oats, a Tbsp sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup yogurt, and a dash of cinnamon.

Done! Delicious and decadent. 285 calories. (I used 2 Tbsp rolled oats and 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt)
