Here's one for you:
One apple (your favorite variety), cut up in chunks, put in bowl
1-rolled oats (or you can use granola)
3-small handful (about 1/2-ounce) nuts, (pecans, walnuts are good)
Heat in microwave for one minute. Top with non-fat plain yogurt.
