Overall I am ok with me, but it really doesn't have anything to do with my weight. The first time I used SP (to lose weight for my sister's wedding), I was shocked that after losing nearly 50lbs, nothing about my life really changed (definately still hated the bridesmaid dress).

Yes, I was healthier and I looked better in clothes, but everything else stayed pretty much the same. My family hadn't changed, my job was the same--I think I was really anticipating a Cinderella moment and it never arrived.

I accepted the oppotunity for a new job in a new town and have been working hard to make my life what I want it to be. I gained some of the weight back, and now am working on taking it back off. Mostly because I feel better (knee problems and asthma) when I eat cleaner, and partly because of my hobby (Dressage). I need to be stronger and I get photographed/videotaped when I go to shows.

Don't get me wrong, I feel being at a healthy weight is important. I don't need meds for pain or asthma, I move better, I sleep better, I can do everything I want to now. I've just learned to accept that the weight loss is a side benefit, and not the reason for changing my lifestyle.

Just keep working on being a better me and living life to the fullest.

I am mostly happy with who I am, but there is always room for improvement. :)

surprizingly, even though I'm obese, and hope/wish/amworkigntowards changing that, i'm actually quite happy with who I am.

"who I am" is far more than looks, of course.

Just trying to learn to eat right, before i worry too much about cals.

Mostly yes. I always wish I could be a kinder, more thoughtful person but on the whole I like the me I currently seem to be. :)

I live each day as if it was going to be my last.... I enjoy people who are upbeat, smiling, laughing and joking around. I want to talk about happy things and laughing is essential..
So yes, I am totally happy with myself and love to have those people around me that compliment me, my personality and attitude.
