I've found that if water alone won't curb my cravings sometimes a warm cup of tea will help. I've found that warm drinks make me feel lass hungry. Herbal, green tea, white tea, etc all seem to help me. My favorite is peach ginseng. Also helps to calm the tummy. Hope this helps!
