Yes. Go to your start page. www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/start-now.asp On the left side at the bottom there is a box called My QuickTrack. You can add a custom goal there. For example, I added a "Dairy Servings" entry so I can keep track of how much dairy I'm having.
You don't have to eat the whole thing.
