Yes. Go to your start page. www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/start-now.asp On the left side at the bottom there is a box called My QuickTrack. You can add a custom goal there. For example, I added a "Dairy Servings" entry so I can keep track of how much dairy I'm having.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

Are you using the Nutrition Tracker? THIS is where you will be able to track your calories/nutrients. Make sure that you weigh your food for increased accuracy, and you will be fine!

There is also a place you can click off how many fruits and veg you've had per day.

Just trying to learn to eat right, before i worry too much about cals.

Not sure what you are wanting to track??

Here at Sparkpeople, you can track your food intake.
You can get a report showing intake of carbs, fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.
