What makes you think you need a "cleanse"? Your body has multiple organs that have specifically evolved to perform this very function. Not to be vulgar but that is after all, why we poop.
If you're doing it for weight loss then call a spade, a spade... it's starvation and you might as well eat nothing at all or munch on celery sticks. Not that I'm recommending doing that.
