I looked it up and eating a cinnamon honey paste twice a day is a great way to get indigestion. Especially eating it at night

What makes you think you need a "cleanse"? Your body has multiple organs that have specifically evolved to perform this very function. Not to be vulgar but that is after all, why we poop.

If you're doing it for weight loss then call a spade, a spade... it's starvation and you might as well eat nothing at all or munch on celery sticks. Not that I'm recommending doing that.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. If you don't want to get bulky, lift heavy!

I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.

Water is a natural cleanser... nothing to prepare and the hidden benefits of water are surprisingly an intricate solution to obtain optimal health....helps convert food into energy and assists in metabolizing stored fat. Your kidneys help rid the body of toxins.

Yogurt can assist with digestion, stimulating the immune system and keep harmful bacteria at bay or try Kefir...Probiotics are so called "good bacteria.
Apples, contain significant amounts of phenols and other flavonoids, they act as powerful antioxidants and help protect us...remember the phase...An apple a day keeps the doctor away....

Water is the best....Plain Yogurt with fresh berries and apples........

I have no idea what a cinnamon honey cleanse is. Just wanted to inform you that very high doses of cinnamon can be toxic.

Doing any sort of popular "cleanse" without being medically advised and supervised will "mess things up". Don't muck about with your body that way, it's too precious.

Cinnamon is a great spice and does have a very tiny effect on metabolism. Enjoy it in hot milk or sprinkled over apples! But there's no need to do any kind of "honey cinnamon cleanse" for your system. It would be unhealthy.

Our body is very good at removing toxins etc. all by itself. Whilst honey and cinnamon can be beneficial to us, there isn't any need to do a 'cleanse' unless medically ordered for things like prior to certain types of surgery, and then they will tell you what you need to do.

If you want honey and/or cinnamon, by all means have it -I quite like them together, especially if with plain couscous (or rice) and milk, and made as a pudding.
