When you set yourself up for the calorie calculations, did you include how many calories you burned exercising? How do you calculate the workout calories - is most of it cardio? How much do you weigh, and how much are you trying to lose? What did you put as your goal date?
A lot of questions, I know, but 1200-1400 is definitely too low if you are exercising as much as you do. I am guessing you were aggressive in setting your goal date, which is why the range is so low.
