I actually just read an article online about how you can make pasta, use the hot water you strain off afterwards to wilt the spinach, then mix in spinach and cheese or sauce to pasta for a spinach pasta. Sounded good and quickly wilts the spinach. :)

Spinach, any size, is great I love it in a regular salad- or instead of lettuce on sandwiches- or you can make a lower-fat Spinach artichoke dip...put it on pizza...cook in any wrap...the sky is the limit really. And since it's a dark green leafy vegetable it has so many nutrients in it!
I cook a box of frozen chopped spinach and mix with about a pound of ground beef and some chopped onion. Make into one inch meatballs and bake. I make a cheese sauce or get some hummus to dip. They freeze well too!

Spinach is a go-to green in our house. I make salads, smoothies, add it to breakfast scrambles, mac & cheese, and sandwiches. We usually have baby spinach because that's all anyone seems to sell anymore, but to me it really doesn't matter.

I love spinach! I go through at least 1 lb of it in a week. I add it to smoothies, use it on wraps, as a base for a salad or in stir frys. Sometimes I make a spinach puree soup that is delicious and uses a ton of spinach!

1 tbsp of olive oil 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes 1lb of fresh baby spinach, stemmed and lightly washed 1 tsp of seasame seed oil 2 tbs. of sesame seeds 1/4 tsp of ground pepper
In a large skillet heat oil garlic and red pepper flakes and saute 30 seconds. Add spinach and use tongs to stir fry about 2 minutes or until the spinach wilts. Add sesame oil cook for a minute. Spinkle with sesame seeds, the salt and pepper. 6 carbs 90 calories. Sooo Good!

Spinach Strawberries Sliced red onion Toasted almonds or pecans Feta cheese Goes well with a poppyseed dressing or any kind of vinaigrette. And it's a BEAUTIFUL salad with the bright green and red ... always a hit whenever I take it to potlucks, serve for dinner, etc.
I also sauté my spinach with garlic and olive oil.
I also use it in eggs, quiches, omelettes, frittatas
Another salad is a Spinach Salad w/Pears and Dijon Vinaigrette homemade dressing!!!
I love spinach. More often than not it is the primary greenery in my salads or sandwiches. I also like it in eggs, on pizza or in soup (usually tossed in right before it comes off the heat). In general I prefer it raw or minimally cooked. I like both regular and baby varieties.

I like it in my stir fry veggies, then add my eggs.
I just tried a couple of new things. Yesterday I added some to my shake - strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, protein powder. This morning, I mixed some up with my almond milk, and added it to my steel cut oats w/bananas. I know, sounds gross but can't taste it, just have to get past the idea of green oatmeal
So since those were successful, this evening for dinner I blended it with my olive oil and balsamic vinegar & poured it over my salad.
I am trying to get creative because I got a good buy on some, so I am trying to use it up before it goes bad.

I like cooked and raw spinach. I usually have baby spinach raw. I use it for salad, on sandwiches, on tacos... any place a person might use lettuce. I use spinach in soup and pasta recipes. It is good on pizza.

Honestly Spinach is my favorite veggie :) I like it canned and Baby small, Only down fall is it goes bad quickly :( and I hate buying it in large amounts. I love spinach salads because I can't stand lettuce.

I like any kind of spinach raw. The cooked version doesn't like me very well. I tend to buy the baby spinach, just because I'm not crazy about the stems, and I don't have to trim the baby spinach as much. But I love spinach in salads. I can eat tiny amounts mixed in something else - I put some in meatloaf, for example. But not too much, or it comes back to haunt me!

I like both fresh and cooked spinach. I prefer the smaller baby greens in salad, with a nice vinaigrette dressing. Frozen spinach or larger, older greens I cook and put in quiche or omelettes. Sometimes I have spinach pizza but not very often. That's because I don't have pizza often, though!
