I eat 3. I try to get a little bit of protien at each one, when i can. so some nuts, or peanut butter. yougurt. or home made browine "power bars" cut into 100 cal portions.

And yeah, i have to have my wine or chocolate (alternate days) too!

Just trying to learn to eat right, before i worry too much about cals.

I eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours - so I have 3 meals and 2 snacks in between

It varies for me. Varies a lot. Sometimes I'm hungrier at mealtimes than others. If my meals are on the small side, all of my meals are more like snacks and I eat 6-8 times total. If my meals are larger, I might not have any snacks at all.

I'd say on average I have one or two.

For me, I do best on small meals and snacks; that's what helped me learn portion control. I have 2-3 snacks during the day, typically mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and pre-workout (early evening).

Motivation will get you to the start line; discipline will get you to the finish.

Starting Weight: 264 (didn't get there overnight)
Current Weight 129.4 (didn't get here overnight)

depends on your definition of a snack. less than 100 calories between "meals" none usually.

a big snack or small meal (200 - 300 calories) 5 to 6 a day. I do best eating smaller amounts more often, then the "traditional" 3 meals with snacks.

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

6-8...I like to graze...but they are pretty low cal (6 almonds - 40 cal, 300 g sliced cucumbers tossed in vinegar - 40 cal, 300g watermelon - 100 cal, etc)...

I am a freak and weigh everything with a food scale!

I always have 2 or 3 snacks planned. Whether I eat them or not depends on if I get hungry between meals or after dinner. My snacks are fruit 95% of the time. Today I've planned grapes, watermelon and cantaloupe w/cottage cheese. I've already eaten my cantaloupe snack. I'm having a second cup of coffee right now, which wasn't planned but barely makes a dent in my daily totals.

I eat one snack per day - during the week when my breakfast is really early, I eat my snack in the morning, but on the weekends when I can sleep in a bit, I eat my snack in the afternoon.

It depends on my intake- if I have a big breakfast I don't have a snack and just eat lunch. If not, I have a small snack mid morning. I work out in the afternoons so I have a protein shake after!

Current goal:
- 32 by end of April.

Next goals: -
39 total by end of May.
-46 by end of June.

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Due to Ramadans, I was M.I.A! Iam back and have one question.
How many snacks do you generally eat in a day?
I eat two_
one is a fruit and the other is chocolate(30-g)
