I agree with the previous poster.
Where it comes to exercise, it is recommended that a day or two be taken off each week, but if you find that you are wanting/needing more, then make good use of the time you are at work. You don't have to have a structured work-out. Go for a 10 minute walk at lunch time. Use stairs instead of lifts or park the car a wee bit further away, or get off the bus a stop earlier. Make regular loo stops even if you don't need to. Go to the water cooler for more water, but only 1/2 full your cup. If you sit at work, march on the spot every now and then or do some side-bends while at your desk. If you work with others, you might start up a healthy habit for the others to follow:-)
