Why would you "have" to give up oatmeal? Oatmeal is awesome!
Other good carbs might include beans, lentils, whole grains... fruit... these are all carbs that come packaged up with lots of other good nutrition - fibre and vitamins and in some cases protein... good stuff!
Just try to get your total daily carb intake to fall within the suggested Spark ranges and avoid refined sugar/flour (candy, cookies, cakes) and tread lightly on starchy carbs (potatoes, bread, rice and pasta). Once you cut out the refined/processed junky stuff, pretty much any other carb can be considered a "good" carb - just be mindful of appropriate portions.
