I used to drink at least one Coke (regular) a day, maybe two. I realized that it was really the fizzy effect that I craved, not so much the sweetness.
I now buy sparkling water flavored only by natural flavors (no sweeteners . . . it works for me), and I have found that I actually prefer them now to the daily Coke. I will splurge and have a Coke every few weeks or so, but it's now a treat instead of a daily habit.
I am 100% lovable just the way I am. At the same time, I deserve to reach my fitness goals. I am worth it.
