I don't use the oil. I use a pinch of ground flaxmeal in my shakes. For my son, I add a pinch to his pancakes, oatmeal, tomato soup......
And I like to add Chia seeds to my greek yogurt and baked granola. I also sprinkle chia seeds on my peanut butter when I dip apple slices.
Both of these have omega in them. No bad taste.
