I think a multivitamin is a good backup plan. I take one too! But I still try to increase the amounts of these vitamins through diet. Lately I've been trying a larger variety of leafy greens, like spinach, collard greens, kale, and mustard greens, that I haven't tried before, which I think will help.

enter your vitamin in as a food, add it to your tracker and see.
keep in mind that for vitamins that aren't required to be on labels, check a list of foods high in that thing, and if you're eating a decent amount of those and getting about 80% of what you should then it's likely just that lack of labeling that's making you fall short on paper.

-google first. ask questions later.

I never meet the recommended amounts for all the vitamins suggested like calcium, iron, potassium, and so on... I take a multivitamin is that good enough?
