This is actually a pretty common response. I urge you not to become a food pusher and ENCOURAGE others to eat things that you wouldn't. It can be a little manipulative almost and something that I used to do A LOT.
For me, I've developed a love of baking so I will make cinnamon rolls for my husband's coworkers since they're a bunch of men who eat junk all the time and have no qualms about eating them.
Regaining my pre-wedding body! Running, lifting, clean eating, lots of water and patience. Those are the tools that I will use to get there.
