So watch your salt intake. You can track sodium in the tracker.

Avoid most pre-packaged foods. Prepare your own meals from scratch and make your own snacks. :)

It was not the calories I was worried about if fact I liked that there were not that many calories but it is the salt intake for me I am dealing with high blood pressure and so I am trying not to take in a lot of salt. I am finding out that pre-packaged food is high in salt.

I agree with Deb. Also, heavier people NEED more calories My starting weight was a bit less than yours, and I am just a tad under 5' 6". I don't get anywhere near the amount of exercise that is normally recommended because of skeletal issues, but I still managed to lose a considerable amount of weight eating 1400 cal's daily. You really don't want to short-change yourself with your nutrition. In this instance, less is not necessarily better.

Did you link your food calories to your exercise calories? This could result in differing amounts per day.

My recommended calories is changing everyday is there a reason for this??? When I signed up it told me to have 1400-1700 even though I thought that was a little high. I am 5 foot 3 and weight 244. Is your total calories suppose to change everyday it had it at 3,000 calories today. If someone could help me I would like that. Thank you.
