First of all you should try the Spark Recipes page. It's awesome and has recipes created by Spark People members, and Chef Meg. The recipe not only contains ingredients amounts, and cooking instructions, they also sometimes include little stories about how they originated, allowing you to get to know a little about other Sparkers. They also contain serving sizes, suggested serving amounts, and nutrition information. Best of all, if you like a recipe and plan to make it part of your eating plan, you can import it right to your nutrition tracker, and to your favorites. Here is another site that I use to find great, pretty healthy (most of the time), recipes and info on vegetables. I put the link below. I hope this helps, and you find what you're looking for at either or both of these places. :-) www.eatingwell.com/healthy_cooking/healthy
My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
