After years of dieting and trying all the diet plans and systems out there I thought I was pretty knowledgeable in the weight loss and fitness areas. After joining Spark and taking the quizzes and reading the articles,blogs and Spark pages, it is amazing at how little I really knew. Keep up the good work and keep learning! emoticon

It's a good thing that you're seeing things like this. You will learn a lot more as you continue. Keep an open mind. As you learn more about living healthfully, you will learn more about what you've done wrong over the years.

I started on spark people just over a week ago and I had tried other weight reduction programmes that required you to track your weight. I realised that I occasionally went over on the fat but it was mainly goof fats. After tracking for a week I an beginning to notice that I don't eat enough protein on a fairly regular basis
