I like to mix 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese with a TB of almond butter and sliced banana. You can sprinkle on chia or flax seeds for extra protein.
Second the smoothie idea. I love them.
My refrigerator oatmeal is made with greek yogurt but you don't really taste the yogurt: 1/4 c. oats, 1/4 c. lowfat greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey powder (chocolate or vanilla, 1/2 c. fruit of your choice, 1/3 c. lowfat milk, 1 TB flax or chia seeds. It has about 20 g. of protein and is very delicious. (The only thing is, you have to make it overnight and chill in the refrigerator).
