Same deal for me, though I can't actually put a good time frame to it.
When I very first started, I lost inches but didn't lose any weight for 8 whole weeks. Suddenly in week 9 I lost 5 pounds and after that averaged 2 pounds a week for a couple months. Then I maintained over the holidays when I wasn't tracking, and on starting tracking again held my weight for a month, saw a 3 lb loss one day, and have averaged 1 lb a week since then.
Bodies are weird, LOL.
