I really like nuts, too. Sometimes I'll break up my serving-- have half of a serving with my cereal, and then later eat the other half serving with a small apple. For me, it's important to eat each nut individually (and not just toss a bunch in my mouth at a time). They're calorie dense, so I need to savor each one. Because the truth is, we can get fat eating healthy choices; it doesn't need to be just fast food or sugary processed stuff.
