Measure and see how many 1 cup portion are in the bag after it is popped.BeckySP Registered Dietitian

GREENKR1 Posts: 6 7/26/13 1:28 P Hi All,I'm confused in reading the label on the PopSecret Homestyle popcorn box. A serving size is indicated as '2 tbsp unpopped or 4 cups popped". Servings per bag = "about 3"Then, it says "Amount per serving -- Calories for 1 cup popped = 30"Sooo -- my question is-- Is a serving size 1 cup popped or 4 cups popped? If it's 1 cup popped that makes the whole bag ~90 calories to consume (30 calories x 3 servings in the bag). If it's 4 cups popped it's going to be 360 calorie (4 cups in a serving x 30 calories (per 1 cup) = 120 x 3 servings per bag)-- quite a difference! Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks,Kristyn
