Meringue cookies are tasty (Trader Joe's are my fav). I second the banana "ice cream" - it's surprisingly good. Also, Yoplait and Weight Watchers also make some good frozen Greek yogurt bars.

Any kind of frozen juicy fruit is delicious. It turns into a sherbet-like texture. mmmmm

For me, modest amounts of really good sweets is much more satisfying and, in the long run, healthier and less caloric than "fake" sweets. A small piece of quality chocolate or a few bites of a good cake or pie are much easier to work into my plan than the never ending pile of "diet" sweets that never really satisfy.

I have such a sweet tooth - anyone have suggestions for treats that could satisfy this without ruining my weight loss regime?

Thanks so much! emoticon
