Thought I would add an update. Got the test done this morning RMR is 1550 and I'm mostly sedentary so daily calorie need is 1860 approx. My measured RMR is lower than the results from the 4 most popular estimation formulas by a good bit, difference in ( ).

As you can see, Katch was the closest and is the method that will probably be best for me to use on a monthly basis (I measure body composition monthly) to determine my calorie range. I will probably get the actual test done in another 6-12 months depending on how much weight I lose over that time and how much my body composition changes.
