I agree with Michellexxx about how I feel much better by avoiding things my body doesn't digest well (beans, grains, sugars, etc.)

You will find that there are MANY members with gastro issues. I would be inclined to talk with your Dr and ask for a referral to a Registered Dietitian so that you can get good information based on YOUR specific health needs. That way you will know that your body is getting what it needs, and if need be, she will suggest certain supplements, too!

Good luck,
Kris

My digestive system and body performs and feels best when I avoid grains, starches, or sugars. I feel best when I stick to veggies, meats, healthy fats, and fruits.

Does anyone else have gastro issues here? I have SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). Despite being extremely limited with what I can eat, I still struggle with my weight. A lot of healthy foods such as many types of fruits and veggies, beans, dairy products and gluten containing food are a big no no for me. I was just wondering if anyone else has similar issues. Thanks!
