Cortney is 100% RIGHT ON!! Ditch the "Diet Pills" ASAP---before you mess up your metabolism.
Who convinced you that they are "supplements" that will give you energy anyway ?? What you need for energy is a small 'breakfast" about 30 min before your workout. It really does not need to be anything fancy or of a large quantity. A glass of (soy/almond) milk or a half cup of OJ and one of the light, but balanced carb/protein bars will do the trick--we're talking 100-300 calories. Not into that--try a banana--or an English muffin/or gluten-free bread slice with 1 Tbls Peanut Butter or 1 oz of melted cheese--oops that's dairy....how about an egg?!
As for an appetite suppressant...you need to simply eat healthy throughout the day. Try smaller meals, evenly spaced for a continuous supply of nutrients and carbohydrates ---that's what will keep your appetite in check....
Wishing you good health, and an even healthier Lifestyle!
