The slimfast shakes contain 9g fat from canola oil in each shake. The more I read about canola oil, the more I believe it is dangerous and should be banned from consumption. There are many healthier options for protein shakes out on the market.
I would stick with the yogurt. The body can only absorb so much protein at once; a general guideline is 30g per meal/snack.

I have started drinking Slim-Fast's High Protein Shakes. They are 20 grams of protein, 2 sugar carbs, 1 fiber carb, and 180 calories.
I have it in the morning along with 2 cups of yogurt, and string cheese.

I'm not much of "breakfast person" so I have trouble eating a meal that early. But drinking the shake and eating yogurt feels more like snacking and it still gives me the same calories as a meal, plus 48 grams of protein right after my workout.

unsweetened almond milk
casein protein powder
1 tbs almond butter

The casein will digest slower and fill you up more as you are drinking it, the almond butter is high in healthy fat (but don't go crazy) so it will help to keep you full for longer.
If you are super sensitive to carbs even changing out the milk for almond milk is a pretty big difference.

If you want 30 grams of protein eat 1 cup of cottage cheese.

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen fruit

Blend, drink. you could also save 1/2 for a midmorning snack if that works with your schedule.

It's really hard for me to recommend anything as it's rare for me to not get hungry mid-morning so I just plan snacks.

Berry smoothie: blend well
1 c egg whites (or plain greek yogurt)
1 c raw strawberries
1-2 c spinach
stevia (optional)
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t vanilla

*I prefer cucumber over strawberries and omit the cinnamon and vanilla.

Is there any particular reason it must be a protein drink? Drinks are okay for occasional use or if you would otherwise not eat anything, but realistically, it's almost always better to have whole, real food instead of beverages, which will always be inferior in content to the real thing.

May I ask why you have those specific requirements? It will help us answer your question.

Does anyone have a recipe for a protein drink for breakfast that is high in protein -30 grams or more and low in carbs- less than 20 grams that stays with you and you are not hungry until noon?
