I also don't eat meat regularly. I will often eat a cup of cottage cheese and fruit as a snack - which adds up to 27g of protein - nearly half of my daily requirement.

I love to make chick pea burgers!! So yummy, you can find recipes online. I also like turkey jerky for protein.

You probably want to do some research on mercury levels in the kinds of fish you're eating to make sure that you're not doing yourself harm that way. Some kinds of fish should not be eaten more than a couple times per week, but I don't know off the top of my head which ones.

Hello! I am a vegetarian as well. "They" say the average fish serving is 3-4 oz. Beans, seeds, nuts, and tofu have massive amounts of protein in them. Vegetables have a large amount of protein in them as well, it's just that you have to eat a lot to get the protein :)

I am mostly vegetarian. This is due to the fact that I just don't like the taste of meat. I'm trying to up my protein with eggs and fish. I found some yummy salmon fillets and have been eating those. Today, though, my plan will have me eating salmon for lunch and tilapia for dinner. How much fish is too much fish? What are some other good protein ideas (not meat) to add in to the mix? I've tried chicken but can only get a few bites in.
