I must confess I try to eat within the range. Whether it isa at the lower end or upper end or middle is determined by the types of food - healthy of course mostly
and how many calories in the food. I think this is because of the variety in my diet as I can get bored eating the same foods every day or maybe every week. Also if some foods are healthy and are on sale at the grocery store I would have that for my meals during the week.
