I add vanilla greek yogurt to my oatmeal in the morning and then later I have a container of Chobani with my lunch or as a snack. I like the boost of dairy and protein I get from it because I'm not good about drinking milk.

I sometimes have 2 yours a day which are (5oz each) that is about the only dairy I consume besides the milk in my protein shake. I think you're good :-)

In 2 weeks or so, you will probably switch to something else. We always tend to have something we eat daily, and it is one of our favorites. I think people worry too much about foods that when you look at their diet, tends to be in the better half of their menu.

If you were doing this with cheesecake, then there might be a problem. A delicious problem, but still a problem.

The best gauge of whether something is okay is either the scale, or the tape measure. If you are seeing the results you want from the range SP gave you, then what you are eating works, and is okay.

Probiotics are good for the colon and heart....2 cups does not seem unreasonable as some experts recommend 3 cups daily. I even add a few walnut halves to keep my heart healthy. Enjoy!

That does not sound like an over-abundance to me, especially based on the fact that it's the only dairy you eat.

At least, also, you're not eating the ones with the added sugar and other mysterious ingredients, it seems.

Many diet plans suggest having 2 to 3 servings of dairy a day. 1 cup of yogurt equals 1 serving so the amount you have is not a lot.

I've been on a yogurt kick lately (for the past several weeks). I crave it all the time. I guess there's worse things to crave! But, anyways, I was thinking about it today, and got worried that it might be unhealthy to eat so much. I eat around 1.5 or 2 cups a day. I don't add anything, because I adore it plain. I usually mix some 0% fat Greek yogurt with 0% fat plain yogurt, both unflavoured.

Would love any feedback. It's pretty much the only dairy I consume, by the way.
