Don't judge your hunger by your stomach rumbling. I've seen plenty of people here on SP say that they never feel their stomach rumble from hunger. So, it's really not the best indicator of your body needing food.

The dizziness thing is a pretty clear sign that your body lacks something. Whether it's water or food, your body is communicating a need to you. Listen to it!

I find that when I have my day pre-planned, I just eat what is on my plan. If you plan right, then you shouldn't feel hungry, or full. You just eat when you are scheduled to. You aren't supposed to be hungry before you eat again.

My husband is always asking me "are you eating again?" eating often (every 2-3 hours) works best for me...I am never hungry...but I plan my nutrition ahead for the day so I eat thoughtfully - I don't just go to the refrigerator and start grabbing things and shoving them in my mouth like I did in my old, heavy days!

Hunger can manifest itself as belly rumbling; but also light-headed, dizzy, lack of energy, unable to focus, belly ache, etc....

You did not say how many calories your have been consuming; nor is your nutrition tracker public....but since you are "staying a wee bit dizzy"....I would suggest 3 meals and at least 1-2 snacks daily, and eating within your SP calorie range.

Dizziness can many times be from your body not having enough fuel, or your electrolytes being off (Washing away too much sodium--yes it's possible if you are drinking way over the recommended amount or sweating a ton or eating low-sodium...). As per calories, I would suggest eating your recommended calories because even if you aren't hungry, your body will use the fuel and keep you metabolism going strong. Also, you will "trick" your body into thinking that you aren't really dieting because you are never hungry, and ALWAYS, consistently eating or having a snack. I guarantee this will help your body let go off fat easier and more consistently in the future.

should I eat when I don't feel hungry but I know my body(other than my head) knows it might need fuel... I've been drinking lots of water, maybe exercising too much, staying a wee bit dizzy, but my stomach just doesn't feel hungry! Suggestions please
