I use Designer Whey™ mixed in almond or coconut milk
The label for just the "Double Chocolate" powder says...
(per 1 scoop)
total fat, 2 g
sat. fat, 1 g
cholesterol, 60 mg
sodium, 80 mg
potassium, 170 mg
carb, 6 g
fiber, 0.5 g
sugars, 2 g
protein, 18 g
whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, L-glutamine, taurine, L-leucine, L-phenylalanine, erythritol, cocoa, natural chocolate flavor, natural dark chocolate flavor, whey minerals, soy lecithin, magnesium oxide, citrus fiber, salt, inulin, zinc gluconate, stevia leaf extract, malic acid, xanthan gum, sodium alginate, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, mixed tocopherols, Vitamin D-3 (cholecalciferol).
I'm not too happy about some of the ingredients (soy, for example)... but it seems better than some of the others I've checked. Tastes good to me. I've used it in water, but prefer the milks.
I've seen it in some stores, but I get mine from Vitacost.com (where I also get my supplements).

...the problem with people these days is
they've forgotten we're really just animals ...
We did not create the web of life; we are but a strand in it.
We don't have souls. We ARE souls. We have bodies.
