You should be very wary of any food you have to eat. Cravings are talked about as if they are just bound to happen, and you have to just manage with them. That isn't true. No one has to eat chocolate, and if they do, it isn't healthy.
I am not saying chocolate is bad. I am saying that it should only be consumed when it is a choice, made not by an overwhelming desire to have it, but as part of your diet. If you planned a piece of chocolate with dinner, no problem, but if you are thinking about chocolate at work all day, and have to have a small portion on the way home, then there is a problem. Simple way to find out. Next time you have a craving, just plan to have some 7 days later, and put it in your tracker. If you can't wait 7 days, or are constantly thinking about it, then it is a problem.
