I think many people here have used Slimfast as a meal replacement, but as a weight loss option, it isn't a solution. If you were capable of controlling your surroundings, then you would be able to do that with regular food now. So if you don't think that is possible in, say 6 months, after you lost weight, then you will just slowly gain it all back. If you can control what you eat, then why not just do it now?
It is better than nothing, if in a hurry and the other option is skipping a meal, but not a permanent weight loss solution. Ensure would also work I'm guessing, if used this way.
