I sure hope so! But, I am so glad I'm not drinking soda all day now. I can see a big difference in my skin and my face doesn't look red and blotchy anymore.

The need to use the restroom will eventually regulate itself

Made it to my maintenance weight of 125 pounds.

Even though I have reached goal. I still don't know everything about weight loss.

I'm worried about how much I have to pee now! When I go back to work, I won't be able to use the restroom whenever I need to, and I need to ALL the time now lol.

Over-use of lip products itself can cause a cycle of dependence, too. Even if I drink enough water, if I apply chapstick regularly over the course of a few months, I start actually requiring it to keep my lips from drying out. When I didn't drink enough *and* I used chapstick daily, I actually had to put Vaseline on my lips every night before bed or they would crack and bleed. I forced myself to stop doing it, and the dependence went away relatively quickly.

Since I started drinking more water, I've realized that I really *do* have a tiny bladder. I have to pee all the time, sometimes more than once an hour. But it's a good trade-off, because I don't feel nearly as inclined to suck down diet soda and the like.

Since I started eating better, I've realized that I don't really need nearly as much food to feel full. 3oz of chicken and a good-sized pile of broccoli is genuinely satisfying, which is something I never thought I'd say. I can still put away a lot of food at once if I let myself, but I don't *need* to like I thought I did. There's still a running joke in my husband's family that I'm a bottomless pit (it's not malicious, really, as they speak of themselves the same way), but it's not actually true anymore.

Since I started exercising every day, I've realized that a) it's actually kind of fun and b) I sleep a lot better.

I still use mine outdoors in the wind or sun, but I understand what you mean.
There are little things that you take for granted, and then all of a sudden you realize that you are not doing them, or needing them any longer.

It's a great feeling of discovery.

I can't remember the last time I reached for my chapstick! This is kind of a big deal for me, as I'm a bit of a chapstick addict lol. I'm guessing it has to do with the water I've been drinking. My body is now hydrated from the INSIDE and doesn't need the lip goo anymore. I seriously can't remember going more than a few hours without chapstick but it's probably been a week now.

What little thing have you noticed because of drinking your water or eating better?
