As Coach Jen said, the advice should come from your doctor. If s/he diagnosed you with a gluten allergy but didn't tell you what to do about it, s/he only did half of what you're paying for. Be sure to call back and tell the office, "I didn't get any after-care instructions with my diagnosis." They should have given you a meal plan or a referral automatically.

If you've been diagnosed with a gluten allergy, I'd ask your doctor for a referral to see a Registered Dietitian who can create a meal plan specific to your needs. Here's an article you might also find helpful:

I'm not gluten free, but I'm working up to it. I've been investigating the Whole30 and plan to jump on that plan. In the meantime, I've been starting to cut out dairy, wheat, sugar, other grains. Check out that website to find their recommendations....they have tons. It is more restrictive than just gluten free, but it will give you some meal ideas at least. www.whole9life.com
