As you get to maintenance, you are going to want to increase calories anyways, so that you aren't at a calorie deficit.
The other thing you may find is that those 5 lbs aren't weight your body needs to lose. Eat healthy, continue to exercise, and eat a few more calories, but when your body stops losing, you can be patient, and maybe it will drop those 5 lbs, but if not, you weren't meant to lose them. We always have a goal weight to achieve in our minds, but we don't always reach it.
Worrying about 5 lbs, might just undo everything, if you try anything drastic. Try an uptick in calories, but don't worry about the 5 lbs. You are healthy.
