Heh, I've been on half- and two-thirds cup portion sizes for so long, that a Full Cup sounds positively decadent ha ha!!! It's not so bad if you bulk it up with piles of sauteed veg (mushrooms, peppers, zuchinni, onions).

Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
